Manual machines SWC serie for ultrasonic welding and cutting are built to satisfy any need of cutting or welding continuous process. They can be used to work with technical textiles, coated PVC fabrics, Crystal PVC, non-woven materials and much more.

Models SWC20, SWC30 and SWC35 belong to the serie and are respectively characterized by 20, 30 and 35 kHz ultrasonic technology. The group is optimized and calibrated on the specific application.

The machines are prepared for quick change of the tools and are also prepared to host puller or material guides.

- Rotating welding system- Available in 20, 30 e 35 kHz version- 20 mm vertical stroke with adjustable stop- Interchangeable and customizable tools- Pedal drive- Brushless servo motor for each the roll tool and sonotrode- Touch screen control panel- 4.0 preparation- Up to 5 kW installed electrical power and up to 2kW effective power consumption
